Internet browsing on Galaxy Book

I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy Book with the though that it would allow me to browse the internet from anywhere. When I am at home, the connect is intermittent and slow. Is there a setting that I do not have correct, or is it my location?

This is very disappointing after spending so so much money on the Galaxy Book.

do you have any cell service with verizon or just s book .what plan are you on ?

I can use the hot spot on my Nokia smart phone to connect the Galaxy Book to internet and works well. I am on the unlimited 4G LTE plan.

I do have a separate line for the Galaxy Book. I do not have landline internet at home. I do not want to use my hot spot to browse the internet on the Galaxy Book. When I attempt to directly connect the Galaxy Book to the internet, the connect is slow and intermittent.

Why is it that I have very good connectivity on my phone and not the Galaxy Book ?

Good to know it is on it's own line, CE.GUY. Has the speed been slow on the device since you first got it? How much data has been used on the line during the current bill cycle?
