I had a line transferred from my sisters account to my own account. Since then I have not been receiving texts. I can send, can't receive. I did a factory reset, no help. Need help plz
We'd like to ensure your services are working correctly. What kind of phone is experiencing this issue? Are you able to complete phone calls and does data work while not on WiFi?
