How do I turn on the System UI Tuner on Android 7.0?

Hello VZW,

I am trying to turn on System UI Tuner on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ running Adroid 7.0; but I am not able to turn on the option.  Please confirm if VZW has removed this feature on their Samsungs S8+ running Android S8+

No, Verizon did not remove that feature, but Samsung along with most manufacturers have. The pure google devices do still have the feature, such as the Pixel/Nexus devices.
