Why cannot I unlock my phone?

I cannot select anything on my screen.  I get a blue box that moves from one section of icons to another.  Cannot unlock phone.  I've tried using two fingers ect in case it was an accessability feature that turned on but since you can't do anything I don'

Got it working. Triple click on home button. It unlocked the screen and must have also turned off whatever accessibility feature had turned itself on.

It still sounds like an Accessibility setting. Try a double tap to select items.
