Hi My name is Kevin and I am in need of some help with using the verizon cloud app on my wifes iphone 7 plus to backup her photos and videos. I started with the backup process yesterday her contacts transferred successfully but after about an hour of trying to transfer her photos/videos the process through the verizon cloud app seemed to slow down to a halt. I am trying to complete the backup process right now but I am still having the same problem. I was able to complete the process on my iphone 7 plus yesterday with no problems.
