Just got a new Google Pixel (Prepaid) about 5 days ago. For about 3 days, I have not been able to access my voicemail. I get a message that it is activating Visual Voicemail, and to call voicemail to retrieve my messages. I call voicemail, and the call disconnects right away. Calling *86 doesn't work, and calling my own number doesn't work either.
Tried resetting my phone, and disabling visual voicemail through the phone settings, neither has worked.
You might need a 4G connection to connect to the Visual Voicemail. Since you are prepaid, you might want to contact the prepaid customer and verify the feature is included in your plan and the feature is setup correctly.
