I received a call from [removed] at 1 32 PM with no response.Called back at 1 49 PM, after long wait the message said that this is non-working number.Please,explain why I get calls from non-working number.

This is a very odd occurrence VLAZAK82. I would be concerned if I was receiving calls from a non working number as well. Was this a 10 digit number you were receiving the calls from?
