I traded in an Iphone 5S in August of 2016, my account has not been credited for the trade in. Please advise me about what I need to do to fix this, as it says I still owe over $600 on my phone. I worry, because I traded at the Verizon Store with full faith that I would be treated fairly.

I can understand that being a very long time; I would be concerned too. I would reach back out to the location you spoke with as well as contact our Trade In Team who handle the devices that are traded in directly at -> (800) 416-8894.
