I just got off a 45 minute chat with a very nice, but unhelpful verizon employee. My iphone 5s and 5 were both not getting an LTE signal anymore. Noticing that 10.2.1 just was pushed out, I decided to update my ios. It did the trick. Sharing to help others who might be frustrated.
