How Can I Add More Data To My Account?

I have a loved one in the hospital with a terminal illness. I am almost out of data but need extra so I can stay in contact with other family members.

If you have a postpaid account, you can change your plan to a larger size and backdate the changes to the beginning of the current billing cycle.

I'm unfamiliar with the prepaid options. I suggest you call the prepaid customer service number at 1.888.294.6804 or *611 from your phone and ask them.
