How do I transfer info from my phone chip back to my phone? I accidentally moved all my contacts onto my chip, and now I can not access them on the phone? I uploaded my contacts into my cloud via document, but can not transfer them over to my phone from my cloud.
What do you mean by "moved all my contacts onto my chip"? What chip? You can no longer see any contacts on your phone? "Uploaded contacts into cloud via document"? I'm not sure what this means either -
What basic phone do you have? You *should* be able to log onto your verizon account at verizonwireless.com and see your contacts, and then sync with your phone. Do you get an error message? Can you see your contacts online?
