I, too, use the Verizon Cloud service to back up my device media. I would like to assist you with retrieving your photos.


Please tell me exactly what you are looking to do with your photos on your Verizon Cloud? Are you trying to delete the photos or are you trying to transfer them to your wireless device? Please clarify so that I can further assist.
