I have no coverage at all at my home in jamaica plain ma, especially indoors. I have an iPhone 6 plus and I have no issues with cellular reception at other locations in Boston that has full signal. I am considering switching to another carrier. Any idea if this can be resolved?
You will have to call tech support and ask them to file a ticket to look into the coverage. But coverage is not guaranteed in structures at all.
