A voicemail my mother left on my dad's phone ten years ago was "saved" and kept for many many years. My mother has since passed away. Since switching to smart phones, it has disappeared. Is there any way to recover itRecovering

Sadly, no.   Any important voicemail should be recorded to a computer file and saved like digital photographs with at least 2 backups, at least one off site.
