How do I set the cloud to backup on wi-fi only?

Open the Verizon Cloud app - then tap the bars on top left of the screen.  Scroll down to Settings, and tap that.  You 'll have option of what to back up, when to back up, etc.... Under How to back up you can select Wifi only.
