No 4G for 1 month only 3G 2 bars

Samsung Note 3 5.0 no longer gets 4G. Reverts to 3g 2-3bars. Verizon Ellipses has steady 4G 4bars, Boyfriend's Samsung 5S has steady 4G 4Bars. Sister's Samsung 6S has 4G 4Bars. All on Verizon.

Verizon store replaced SIM - did not fix.

Factory reset and wipe cache - did not fix.

Downgraded to 4.4.4 - did not fix

So what happened and when will this be fixed?

I am not getting what I pay for.
