got home with my new phone and figured out it wasnt activated! now the customer service is closed! is it open on sundays or will i have to wait till monday? this note 7 recall has been a total pain!

If your activation was sitting in the Mobile Telephone Activation System it was pushed through when the maintenance was completed.

You shouldn't call the Global Support department unless you require assistance for traveling globally. They are not customer service. Please see the Contact Us page for CS call center hours.

The Global Support Team is the only department available 24/7. I call them all the time with any issue Billing, Technical etc and they help. I work overnights so I generally only have time at night.

LOL, usually it's the other way around. People who work overnights only have time during the day to call because they are working at night. I've seen people who say they can't call during the day because they are working during the day. Never that someone can only call during the night because that is when they are working.
