Why is service is Texarkana so slow, dropping calls, & cutting out?

Service is awfu. What's going on with our service in Texarkana?  we pay to much for crappy receptio?

I would suggest calling customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they open a trouble ticket for the area.
