How do I get specific apps permission access to my cloud?

That would depend on the app.  What apps (specifcally) are you wanting to give access to the cloud?  We can then give you specific directions.

i have the same question.  How about the messaging app? if I try to add an attachment, and select "Cloud Server" as the location to search for the attachment, I see my dropbox stuff.  How do I either change, or add the ability to select attachments from Verizon Cloud?

What messaging app are you using?  In Verizon Messages, when you tap the "+" to attach something, you get choices ... choosing Gallery, I get the following further options, and when I choose Apps on the second screenshot, I get More options.  If you are using another messaging apps, your options will be different.  And of course, your options within the messaging app will depend on your app selection.   I never had to connect my Verizon Cloud with the messaging app though. It was there.
