We (my family and neighbors) are having a problem with cellular communications within our home area but not when we get away from our home tower. Is there a specific section of Verizon, a phone number, a website or anything where you can explain your problem to someone and get it fix. A direct phone number or email address would be helpful.
MADBASS44, we'd like to get this service issue resolved. What ZIP Code are you seeing this in? When you're outside your local area, you do notice service improves, correct? Which services are impacted? (voice,data, msgs)

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone to open a trouble ticket for the tower.
