Just installed the Verizon Cloud app on my iPad and I am getting the same error message. Checked all of the previous threads but did not see anything about iPad problems. Need to access my backup account since I moved from an android to an iPhone.

I'm so sorry to learn about your issues in getting your data transferred. What error message are you receiving? I also found a link on how to transfer from Cloud to iCloud when switching from Android to iPhone. Check it out: http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/content-transfer-existing/
