Bad signal..

What in the world is going on with Verizon?  All of my calls have been dropping and slow to no internet connection unless I'm connected to  wi-fi. I switched back to Verizon because they were the only carrier that actually seemed to work and I was willing to pay extra for that.It worked just fine up until about 3 weeks ago. I pay entirely too much money for a phone that only works some of the time. With these type of issues I'd rather go back to Sprint or Metro PCS for the same type of issues at half the price. Verizon please fix this ASAP. Please don't tell me to clear the cache, take the battery out, check how much storage I have left, ask if the phone has been updated etc because I've called customer service and we've already gone  through all of that crap. There's nothing wrong with my phone.

II've been have the same issues for over a year. I have the LG G4. I'm in GA and live 5 minutes from a Verizon store. My phone always has full bars but drops calls. I'm on my 3rd device during this contract and have been told that I can't get a different phone for the inconvenience and if I due switch I have to pay full retail and my bill will go up $30

Ashher27I’m sorry to learn you are currently having issues with dropped calls and slow internet. You are right that is not the service you are paying for and we apologize for the inconvenience. You mention that you already did troubleshooting with Customer Service. Can you tell me what recommendations they made to help improve the service? Is this indoors? DeloresK_VZW

Mikewill89,

We want to make sure you are happy with your device. Let's make sure your calls are seamless. Do you notice a pattern to your dropped calls? Other that replacement, have we tried other things to resolve your issue?

ask for replacement sim as its worth trying an improvement. sims are free. 50 percent chance it will help.

This happens inside and outside. The customer service rep had me clear cache, restart the phone, remove the battery, change different things in settings, reset, and make sure the system was updated.

I'm so done with Verizon. My phone hadn't been working correctly the whole month of August but  decided to work really well for two days. I thought things were going great but now it's worse than it was before. Will be switching carriers at the beginning of next month. So long Verizon!
