My new plan is pending and my current plan is saying out of data so i am unable to make phone calls.....yet when i go into my account, it shows that i have more than enough data. Please help!!

My husband uses his phone for work and cannot be without service !  I need my plan fixed immediately and cannot call Verizon because message says "number has changed" on every number I call....and I cannot find where to chat with someone \

What a dreadful sequence of events, lexysmommy. We hope all is good now. What happens when you try to make a call? Were we able to get the plan changed?
