Why aren't we getting our bills?

Despite Verizon having our correct email address, we have NOT received a bill for the past three months.  Each month we must call CUSTOMER SERVICE to ask what the payment amount is, argued to have late charges removed the first time this happened , and reconfirm the email address.  Then every month we call AGAIN when we realize we haven't been billed, ask for the amount, and pay.  Today is July 25th, the date that we should receive the bill but have, once again, NOTHING.  Our email address had changed last summer, (2015) we updated it with your company, and we had no trouble until May of 2016.  But since May we are not getting billed.  THREE MONTHS.  This is getting old, frustrating, and causing us to check out other carriers.

You are getting billed, you are simply not receiving the bill. There can be multiple reasons this can be happening. The email address was not input correctly into the system, your new email server is blocking/rerouting these emails to spam, etc...

Have you checked in your MyVerizon account to make sure the email is in fact correct.

REGARDLESS, your bill IS available online in your MyVerizon account ~5 days after your bill closing date. Your bill closing date is the same every month. You can check online for your bill without having to contact CS. Additionally, you can confirm your email address is correct instead of a possible mis-communication when you give your email to someone else to put into the system.

Additionally, Verizon does not email a bill. They simply email you a notification that your bill is available onlline. You can set up a reminder yourself to check your bill online on a specific date each month if you don't want to miss you bill, at least until you get the notification problem worked out.

You can also set up a text message notification that the bill is ready, due and paid from your MyVerizon account online.
