Are you sure that your phone is set to backup to the Verizon Cloud? Could it be backing up to another cloud service like Google Photos?

First check the Verizon Cloud mobile app to see if you see them there.  If you don't then they weren't backed up to Verizon Cloud and  Ann154's suggestion is a good one. 

If you see them in the  Verizon Cloud app but you don't see them on the website, are you logging into the website with your phone number & my verizon password?  You can't use one user's credentials and see your content unless you use your credentials.

We want all of our customers to view their pictures online, Jinked. Just to clarify, where you trying to view your pictures from the Verizon cloud application or from another source?
