I had a 3g phone. my girlfriend gave me her 4g phone (both prepaid) so I went to a local verizon store today and got a sim card for my new phone. Instead of being able to change devices, it told me that basically i couldn't and gave me an entire new phone number for the new phone.
HELP!!
