I have been a Verizon customer for a very long time, based on all the promo's I see everyday, I would have to leave Verizon then return as a new customer in the future to take advantage of great offers. Don't existing customers add enough value to particpate in said offers?
TThere are tons of promos that you get as long as you are eligible. That's the keyword. Other things like the word switch, you aren't eligible for. Just like car lots have promos if you switching from another company, college grad or military. If you don't meet those you can't get em. Every company has guidelines.
