My phone is saying my cloud is full. I can see the content from the phone app. I've been trying to access it from my laptop, but when I log in it says I have no content.

If you are on a family share account, be sure you a re logging in with your phone number - each line on a family account has to have it's own login and password to access the cloud storage for that specific line.
