My prepaid plan says I have domestic roaming. I can receive calls when roaming, but cannot dial them because I never get the "double-dial" voice prompt. Dialing used to work, how do I fix this?
Making sure you can make calls at all times is important, jscudder. Let’s make sure we get your calls up and running. When in a roaming area, you would want to dial 1 plus the area code to make your call. Most times roaming on a Prepay plan will bill differently. We would recommend reaching out to our Prepay team directly at 888-294-6804. We’re confident; they will be able to further assist.
