Well, you won't be able to get the Verizon apps off the phone as those are likely not able to be deleted. You may be able to disable them though so that you won't see them in your app drawer.

Whether or not the phone has the capability to use the channels/frequencies in order to get data from AT&T, I don't know as phones sold by AT&T may have different specifications than those sold by Verizon.

Verizon specs:

FREQUENCIES AND DATA TYPE

LTE: Bands 4/13; CDMA 1x/EVDO Rev.A: 800/1900MHz; GSM: 850/900/1800/1900MHz; HSPA+/UMTS: 850/900/1900/2100MHz

AT&T specs:

FREQUENCIES AND DATA TYPE

LTE: Bands 1/2/3/4/5/7/17; HSPA+/UMTS: 850/1900/2100MHz; GSM: 850/900/1800/1900MHz;

Notice that the specs on the phone are different. The Verizon version lacks MANY of the LTE bands used by AT&T. You may be able to use the phone on AT&T but you will not likely get full compatibility.
