Since the last update to my phone, during power up, it will go from the HTC screen to a red triangle with an exclamation mark in the center and will keep recycling. I have already tried clearing cache and factory reset in recovery mode. It worked fine for over a year until this recent update. Question 1: What can I do to fix? Question 2: Who takes accountability for bricking my phone?
