you might want to call 800 922 0204 or *611
if you log in on your account online it might be under documents

We're happy to have you join the VZW family BBUCK6669. I apologize for the difficulties you've had with your trade in. This is not how we wanted to get things started.
Did you already start service with VZW? What trade in promotion are you referring to? Please reply to the Direct Message I just sent you so we can access your account and further assist.

When I go to make a call it's telling me my phone can't be authenticated or something. It tells me to dial #8899 and then it immediately tells me call ended. I'm able to text, get online and even type this message here. I just changed phone numbers last night. My wife's phone is doing the same thing. Can someone please help us?

make sure not connected to wifi (assuming smartphone)
power phone off and on ...wait for 5 mins and see if that work...if not then you can try to do reset network settings.

Melogic, together we can get your calls operational. naansalad does have some great input towards fixing this. In addition, sometimes removing the SIM card and reinserting it back into the phone gets the error recording to stop. We'd like to get some more information too. What is the make and model of phones that you are using? What is the zip code where you are trying to make calls?
