My TG790 will not stay connected. Have executed total system reboots numerous times. It will come back up for a time, random as to when, then go away for longer and longer times. Please advise.

It may not be the HBR, it may be the cantenna or an obstruction between it and the tower. Visually inspect the cantenna and look for signs of something getting in it. You might need to call Customer Service (800) 922-0204 for further assistance.

We certainly don't want you losing that connection 1949GMC. Let's make sure we get this back up and running for you. Are you getting any error messages when it disconnects? How long have you been having issues with the device? Are your Verizon Wireless cell phones working normally at the same location?

Thank you for responding. No error messages. My cell (1) will automatically
go to 4G. This issue has gone on for a month or two. Just progressively
getting worse.

Thank you for providing me with those details, 1949GMC. We're getting over those hurdles to finding a resolution for this issue. Having this issue going on for this long is not okay. Was there any changes before this issue started? Is this only happening at home? What zip code?

Thank you. Will check. I assume the cantina is the "can" and the dish?

The TG790 is the router that comes with LTE Internet (Installed), previously Home Fusion, includes a “can” style antenna as seen in the link above (subject to change). If it comes with a dish, I’m not aware of that, thanks for the tip. YES, inspect the outside parts of the system that connect via coax cable to your router.
