How can you raise the access line charge by $20 and not notify the customer? I haven't updated or done anything new now all of a sudden I am paying $20 more a month for my service.

Do you read your bill? Changes in rates such as the increase in unlimited data was conveyed thru a message on the billling statement. Many people never even look at their billing statement.
Some discounts, such as those you get for being on a DPP(device payment plan), expire at the completion of your DPP. THIS is not an increase of your rate, simply a discount falling off to which you are no longer eligible to receive.

Yes it did and that is why plus I have unlimited which they are taking away anyway now. Just a monopoly to get more money. Better off with track phones the way companies keep increasing prices just to keep you upgrading.

And To answer the statement they don't just go up, YES they do because they figure out one way or another to reel you in to upgrades.

YES YES I do read my bill so don't throw out accusations. I look at every detail of every bill I have and know just how companies monopolize to have you either stay with them and upgrade for more money or quit using services. Personal choice there.
And since I am not under contract they can raise my rate however they please, so I know now why but it has nothing to do with the lack of me paying attention to my bills.
