I am getting an insufficient memory message on my phone and purchased a 32GB card to supplement the memory, but keep getting the same message. Not sure to find out where things are being stored...my files is unclear. Trying to download a new app but can't because of the insufficient memory message.

If you can hook up the phone to your computer via USB - you can then move photos, videos, music, etc to your computer, and then to the SD card if you need to keep them accessible on the phone. With little internal storage left, even trying to move stuff to the card while it's in the phone may not work well.
Check the settings for your camera, and set the storage location to be the SD card, rather than internal memory on the phone. I find that my photos and videos take up a huge chunk that I can free up by moving them to other storage (cloud, computer, SD, etc.) I don't use my phone for music, but that's another thing that can use lots of space.

Go into Settings>Storage>Apps. Move as many apps as you can onto the SD card. Some will not permit you to move to the card, but move as many as you can to free up room.

I have moved several apps. Most didn't let me move to the SD card.

Facebook should be able to work off of the SD card. You may have to re-install the app.

Go to your Settings, and Storage, and see what is taking up most of the internal space...if it's just a lot of apps, you may need to "clean house" so to speak, and dump the apps you really don't need or use. Or think about upgrading your S4 to a newer phone with more internal storage.
