If you backed up everything you want to save to the cloud from you old phone then that data will be available to you to load back into your new phone. The best way to remove all information from you old phone after you save it to the cloud and before sending the phone back is to do a factory data reset which will wipe out everything you installed on the phone. The factory reset will not affect anything you saved to the cloud. If you have a removable SD card make sure you remove it before doing the factory reset.

chitchatterbox, I'm happy to hear that everything is up and running with your new device. Klue provided you with some great suggestions. I would also recommended on performing a full factory data reset on the old device. To find out how to complete this reset you can always follow this link: http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-203264/

We want to make sure that all your information is wiped from your phone before you send it to us chitchatterbox. Have you been able to make sure you information is saved on the http://spr.ly/6583Bm9E3 cloud? Once you have found out your information is saved than you can do a factory http://spr.ly/6584Bm9EO reset. Let me know if you have any other questions.
