They promise to ship me a device to boost my signal in my house. It never arrives and they charge me a $38 restocking charge. Really Verizon. Greed has taken over at Verizon. In days of old they cared about their customers.

AS sprmankalel has mentioned twice and not been answered, there is the important question if you even need this network extender. If you have all newer phones in the house that support free wifi calling, Verizon's network extender is obsolete and actually a step backwards in technology as it is only 3G.
WIth wifi calling, your router is the network extender and it works great. Let us know what phone you have and we can tell you if this is an option.

look like it was sent
either it was sent to wrong address so that's why you never get it and was shipped back to V and you got charge restocking fee.
restocking fee only apply for return product either you return it or shipping carrier returned it for any reason.
its not greed its miscommunication.
call CSR back to get restocking fee waived and get it shipped again and make sure shipping address is incorrect as it might be signature required if you still need that product

WncVerizonUsers, we want you to know that we do care. Did we order a network extender for you which boost wireless signal into your home? http://vz.to/1i37AzC Was that device returned back to our warehouse?

I have called and chatted. They do not know what to do. I am busy and do not need to spend another jhour trying to overcome this. I pay my bill and I do not shop Verizon against other carriers. Verizon - If you are out there then fix this. Just do the right thing.

Smartphones with Advanced Calling enabled are capable of WiFi calling now. Why don't you set that up?
naansalad, VZW doesn't charge a restocking fee for a package that is returned either by customer refusal or because it was undelivered. The only time a restock fee is charged is because the device was activated and returned within the WFG (first 14 days).

I only know what you say. There are no facts to check. We do not work for VZW. I was just educating when and how the restock fee is charged.

Did not work that way for me. Indications are that Verizon may correct
this. We will see, but it is a struggle to get them to close a matter
out, *even
when they admit that they are wrong*. And they want me to do automatic
payment?
