MY screen is blank. No apple logo, just a bluish gray screen. Tried holding buttons in to restart. No success
Hmm this seems like a hardware issue, try to drop by nearby Verizon or Apple Stores to better assist you in identifying the culprit. (Also is the process you tried the one where you need to turn off the phone, hold the home button, then plug it to a computer with iTunes?)
