Pattydean-

Ringtones are a fun part of our phones so I can understand the need to have those transferred on the new phone. You are able to transfer purchased ringtones from iPhone. Sadly, this is not an option if you had an Android device. What make/model phone you had before?

The ringtones have been recovered since this email;. I went to I Tunes

and recovered
