Why is Target telling me I am not eligible for an upgrade when Verizon says I am?

Sorry wrong post meant to say target store couldn't bring up eligibility on there computer and Verizon says I am. I want the deal they r offering.  On my s7!they r holding it

sounds like a issue with target, Verizon wont be able to change targets system they will need to contact there support team.  If Verizon says you are, their system shows you are, but target says not it is a target problem not Verizon proeblemn
