My phone went through and update and now all of my personal information is gone - pics, contacts, apps, etc. But now there are game apps I have never downloaded on my phone... Not sure what is going on.

Updates are suppose to improve your device so let's take a look and see what's going on. Do you have the Samsung Galaxy S6 or the S6 Edge? Did you have your information backed up with Verizon Cloud or stored anywhere else? http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/?task=cloud
