Very deceptive and unwilling to negotiate the amount of lines on my account!

I am desperately hoping that someone at Verizon Customer Service with a conscious and sympathetic heart reads & acts on this. First, Father's Day weekend 2015 while at the Verizon Corporate store in Dickson City, PA told me that I could get an "early upgrade", just paying $200 for the iPhone 6plus and a charging Mophie case. What a steal right?! Well after a couple of months seeing my bill increase I went online to myverizon to try to figure out why. THEY HAD ACTIVATED A 5th LINE WITHOUT FULLY INFORMING ME OF HOW THE "EARLY UPGRADE" WORKED!!!!! I suspended that line as well as both of my kids' lines. Unfortunately, I became disabled right as my husband was getting out of the military after 12 years. I developed epilepsy. I was forced by the state to relinquish my license and can no longer work. I have told them so many times that I really need assistance to get this bill to the point I can afford (like removing the line that was deceptively put there and even just one of my daughters' lines. So, knowing that their are customer service reps or supervisors that ARE ABLE to assist me with this. I will wait until the end of business day today (2/9) to hear from someone. If I don't hear back I will first report to the BBB and then call in myself probably being quite angry/upset at that point.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: you can reach me on the 570-xxx-6202 line. The 570-xxx-9949 needs to stay active, and line 570-xxx-7211 needs to stay on but suspended.

Sincerely,

          Ashlie B.

you probably signed a document agreeing to the fifth line. if that's the case it's gonna be a tough sell, I wish you the best of luck.
