I have been getting incorrect data usage texts that I am over my data limit. I go to the site and it shows a different amount. I have contacted Verizon three times and no one seems to know why this is happening. For example, 2 days into my month, I got a text saying I was at 75%, I go on My Verizon, and it was only at 2% or something like that. This is stressing me out.

I know how important it is to have the most up to date data information. How long has it been behaving this way? What kind of phone do you have? Any recent changes to your priceplan?

My plan starts on the 17th of each month On the 16th, I get an alert text
saying I was at 75% of my limit of 12GB. I went online to Verizon, and saw
that this was incorrect.I was really at around 2% or something. I have been
getting several a day, and each time, I went on to the site and it was
incorrect. On the 28th , It said I had used it all, then, yesterday, I got
one saying I was 6GB over. At this point I did purchase an additional 6GB.
Then today, I get one saying I have used 99% of my 18GB. I have gone online
to customer service, and they said something is wrong with their
information. I have talked to them 3 times. I have 3 Droid Turbo 2, and an
older model droid, and a tablet. I have not done anything new with my price
plan or anything. This needs to be corrected so I can have the right info.
One customer support person told me I could have the text alerts turned
off, but I want to be notified if I am close, but notified correctly. This
is stressing me out. I am over 12GB now, but nowhere near 18GB. Please let
me know what is going on.

Has anyone supplied an answer on this? I am getting texts about every hour saying we have used up 1 more gig over our plan. It is up to 9Gig now and I chatted with customer service and was told to ignore them.

Me and my family also get the texts. Been happening the past 3 or so months. Different phones even but all on same plan.
