When I try to get the latest Android system update on the Nexus 6 it tells me to select a Wi-Fi network. I have and it is still waiting to download. Is there an error?

Should just need to reboot the phone while remaining connected to Wi-Fi prior to the reboot to resume the download.

Having the latest software version on your phone is definitely important so I completely understand your concern Kokoloko.
What software version do you currently have on the phone http://vz.to/1okUAQI? What error message are you getting when you attempt to update while connected to WiFi? Have you tried using different WiFi connects?
