Has anyone had problem(s) with their internet order. I ordered two upgrade phones, and two cases, four das ago. I got everything yesterday (3 days), except for an i6S in gold. There was no indication of back order, delay etc. I called in and after two calls and over 40 minutes of time, I am told it is not shipped yet and they cannot tell me why or when.
Let's get to the bottom of this for you! Did you receive emails with tracking information? Have you checked your My Verizon online for the status of the orders? Keep us posted.
