How do I transfer content from one iphone to another?

My mother has upgraded to a galaxy and she is giving me her old iphone 5c. I already have an iphone 5c and would like to transfer everything from my iphone to her iphone.how do i do this?

Congratulations on the phone grab. We can help make it yours by adding the information to it. What you will need to do is back up the information and then restore it on to the device that you want to use. iphones backup using either itunes or icloud. this link will provide details.
