Can someone please help me? I got the LG v10 a few months ago and when the pics kept sending/uploading sideways. They factory reset the phone, changed the card, and finally did a mail replacement. I noticed if I didn't edit the pictures, or used an app to edit that wasn't pre installed, they were usually fine. Now, they are all sending sideways AND there's a gray frame. Please help, Verizon near me and over phone had NO solution. Tried taking pics with different ratios, still sideways just more gray. PLEASE HELP.
We want to get this resolved for you. To clarify, are the pictures turning the sideways direction only when sent via message or as soon being taken they edit themselves sideways?
I'm having the same issue with my pictures. I've tried rotating the pic prior to posting to FB but it still posts sideways no matter which way I rotate it. I've taken pics landscape and portrait and still the same issue.
