Over the past few weeks calls have been dropping frequently with a reasonable signal.

It has gotten bad enough where I am nervous to make important calls from my device. I am having these issues in the 28202 zip code. Please help!

There are a lot of considerations to take in while trying to figure why you have dropped calls over the past few weeks. These are a few helpful questions to keep in mind but you may still need to have contact Verizon to have them to open a trouble ticket for them look deeper into the potential behavior.
- What could have change, i.e. got a new case, turned on HD Calling, new bluetooth etc?
- Does it happen everywhere or specific location?
- Does happen while the phone is in safe mode (if that is an option) or no change?
- Are others having the same problem?
- Has the phone been serviced or looked at? It may have a software update available.
