If the phone is on you can try Android Device Manager on a computer.

Oh my! I am hoping you were able to locate your phone. If not, rcschnoor does have a good option for Android devices, but you can use Find My IPhone http://apple.co/1Uqn8C8 if you have an Apple device.

Since this post was in the "Android" forum, I simply assumed they had an "Android" device and NOT an iPhone.
