Why can't I receive texts?

I just got a new Galaxy S6 today and I cannot receive texts.  Any ideas?

Congrats on your new Samsung Galaxy S 6 purchase!  I want to ensure you’re able to stay connected to friends and family using your new device.

Are you able to make and receive calls on your new device?  Are you able to send text messages without problem?  Please test by sending yourself a test text message.  Let me know if the message successfully sends and receives.

I'm having the same issue as the op. I received my s6 today and I can both call and receive calls as well as send texts. But I cannot receive text messages.
